Achaia's Employment Concept

As a new created company, we will recruit many types of staffs. To Achaia, what are the right people? There are various Dimensions of evaluation, which can be summed up in loyalty, dedication, responsibility, Collaboration and profesionalism. Loyalty and delicaion refer to the morality aspect which is our baseline of employment and can be vetoed, while collaboration and professionailism refer to the ability aspect which can be acquired.


Loyalty

Morality and integrity are of first priority. We adhere to building a " fair, bright and transparent" organizational climate and have always been strong against cliques, interest groups.


Dedication

No pains, no gains. One who cannot bear hardship can hardly succeed; a team that cannot bear hardship is not good at dealing with formidable tasks and can hardly succeed. Achaia will build a dedicated team,however,it doesn't mean what we have to work overtime for it is abnormal that work overtime with high load for a long time. Instead, we should study hard and work ingeniously to improve efficiency.

Achaia's employees should be aware of being masters of the company. Everyone is supposed to make decisions, undertake responsibilities and proactively share the company's or superiors' cares and burdens instead of thinking over too carefully or passing the buck when encountering problems.


Collaboration

Collaboration is to , around goals, learn to think in others' position, fully communicate and agree with others and finally achieve goals together. Collaboration can reflect leadership and conclude interpersonal sensitivity, team building and resource integration.


Professionalism

Professionalism here refers to business ability and the way of thinking and method of dealing with problems, which can be divided into systematic thinking and innovation learning.
